🔼 National Honors. Two football players earned national Player of the Week honors. Tight end Josh Kattus was selected as one of 11 members from the NCAA FBS to the Allstate American Football Coaches Association Good Works Team. He is now an eligible semifinalist for the 2025 Allstate Wuerffel Trophy. Seth McGowan earned honorable mention Player of the Week by the Earl Campbell Trophy Rose Award. He turned in his first 100-yard rushing performance at Kentucky this past weekend.

🔼 Top 10. The men’s golf team finished ninth at the Bearcat Invitational. Kentucky tallied an overall score of 859 (+7). Cole Stockard, Jacob Lang and Luke Coyle all shot a 214 (+1) to finish tied for 26th individually.

🔼 Moving Forward. Men’s tennis player Antoine Ghibaudo won his third singles match at the ATP Columbus Challenger. He will advance to the Round of 16!

Week 3. Senior punter Aidan Laros was named one of “Ray’s 8” for Week 3. Laros is also on the watch list for the Ray Guy Award, which honors the nation’s top collegiate punter in the FBS. On Saturday, Laros punted three times, totaling 154 yards for a 50.7 yards-per-punt average.
