🔼 Round One. The men’s golf team just completed its first tournament, and two Cats landed in the top 20. Alex Goff tied for second with a total of 213, making him even to par. Campbell Kremer finished four over par with a total of 217 to land him tied for sixteenth. Overall, the Wildcats tied for sixth with a total of 871, +19.

🔼 Back-to-Back-to-Back. That’s three consecutive shutouts for women’s soccer, putting them at 5-0-1 overall this season. The Cats scored three goals against Belmont. The first goal was scored by Úlfa Úlfarsdóttir, her first of the season, and happened in the first minute of the match.

The women decided to start and finish the second half with a goal. Maya Lacognato scored in the first three minutes with a crazy cross-angle shot, and Ella Kane finished it off by cutting around defenders for a quick shot up the middle.

🤔 BIG BLUE TRIVIA

Forever a Cat. Speaking of Alex Goff, he has been with Kentucky men’s golf for his whole college career. Currently a graduate student, Goff has started in all 10 events for the Wildcats for a couple of years.

Looking Ahead. BBN Tonight made a special announcement last night, and in case you missed it, we are here to fill you in. Women’s basketball dropped the SEC schedule, and the season starts at the beginning of the new year. This is the team’s 50th anniversary, and you can celebrate eight home games with them as they rotate playing at Rupp Arena and Clive M. Beck Center.
