🔼 Ranked Win. The baseball team took on No. 2 Tennessee this past weekend. The men fell in game one 2-8 and won game two 4-1. Nic McCay allowed only an unearned run through 7.2 innings and struck out a season-high 12 batters. The men won the series after an 8-2 win in game three. Kentucky now has four wins over top-three opponents. This marks the program’s first series win in Knoxville since 2016.
🔼 Racing Stats. The track and field team competed at the Tom Jones Memorial Invite. On day one, Collins Kiprop Kipngok broke the UK 1500m freshman record, placing second in the event with a time of 3:42.67. This is his fifth broken record of the season. On day two, Janet Jepkemboi broke the women’s 800m freshman record with a time of 2:05.23.

Career Awards. After a ninth-place performance at the 2025 NCAA National Championships, fifth-year Isabella Magnelli earned Second Team All-America Honors on the balance beam. This is her seventh career All-America honor, including six on her signature event.
