UK did not trail at the end of any of full inning in the series. Both times Oklahoma led after its at bat the Cats responded to take the lead in their half of that inning.

🔼 Ranked Sweep. The baseball team beat No. 14 Oklahoma in game one 4-3. Jackson Nove delivered 3.1 scoreless innings of relief. Cole Hage hit a home run. The Cats secured the series win with a 8-5 victory in game two. Ryan Schwartz delivered a career-best three hits and four RBIs. Kentucky swept the series with a game three win of 7-2. Ben Cleaver earned his sixth victory on the mound. Tyler Bell and Luke Lawrence hit back-to-back home runs.

Conference Honor. The Southeastern Conference named softball player Hallie Mitchell to the All-SEC Second Team. This is the first All-SEC honor of her career. Mitchell led the Wildcats with a .364 batting average in conference games this season.
