🔼 Holiday Hoopin’. Before they head off for the holidays, both UK hoops squad have a one more game apiece on the docket.

It all starts tonight as the women’s team hosts Belmont at Historic Memorial Coliseum at 6 pm, while the men’s team is headed to the Big Apple to take on Ohio State at Madison Square Garden on Saturday night.

🏀 Previewing Tonight’s Women’s Matchup

🔼 Family Affair. The Wildcat Family took on another level of family bonding this week with the announcement that Purdue transfer Lizzie Carr is heading to Lexington.

Carr is the sister of current UK men’s hoops standout Andrew Carr and arrives to the Wildcats with two years of eligibility remaining.

🔵 ONE BIG THING

Tip Of The Cap. Before all the holiday celebrations kick into full gear, 33 Wildcats are enjoying a celebration of their own tonight.

The 33 current and former Wildcat student-athletes represent 10 UK programs and will walk across the stage at tonight’s December Commencement ceremonies at Rupp Arena.

Adding the 122 student-athletes who graduated in May, UK Athletics is expected to have 155 graduates during the 2024 calendar year alone.
