🔼 At the Peak. The Intercollegiate Tennis Association named three Wildcats to its preseason rankings. Antoine Ghibaudo took the No. 1 spot in the singles player Newcomer Rankings. He also ranked No. 67 in the overall singles listing. Jack Loutit placed at No. 77 and Charlelie Cosnet at No. 83. Ghibaudo and Cosnet ranked No. 69 in the doubles list.

🔵 ONE BIG THING

One Dub. Former Kentucky men’s tennis player Gabriel Diallo made his debut in the main draw at the US Open. He beat Jaume Munar of Spain in four sets to earn his first career win in the main draw of a Grand Slam. Diallo is now slotted at No. 143 in the ATP rankings. His victory is the first for a Wildcat in a Grand Slam event since Jesse Witten won in 2009.
