🔼 All Twos. The men’s soccer team tied 2-2 in its game against Virginia Tech. Nick Zielonka and Agustin Lopez scored for the Cats in the first half. The program raised awareness at this game for pediatric cancer in partnership with UK Children’s Hospital, the Lexington Ronald McDonald House and All In for Miller.

Bronze Medalist. Sophomore distance runner Ed Bird won bronze in the 3000m at the World Athletics U20 Championships at the Estadio Athlético de la VIDENA in Lima, Peru. He finished with a time of 8:21.00. This was the first medal of the Championships for Great Britain.
