Top Award. The football assistant performance coach, Joe Miday, was named a Master Strength and Conditioning Coach by the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association. Currently, there are only 380 individuals who have received this level of certification and the corresponding title of distinction. This is the highest honor that can be achieved as a strength and conditioning coach, representing professionalism, knowledge, experience and expertise, as well as longevity in the field.
