🔼 Double Threat. The football team had two players earn SEC weekly honors. Wide receiver Kenny Darby was named the Freshman of the Week. He set a single-game freshman record with 12 receptions for 96 yards and a touchdown. Darby was also named a True Freshman Standout by On3. Offensive tackle Lance Heard was named the Offensive Lineman of the Week. He had five knockdown blocks, including two on one play.

🔼 Wrapped Up. The men’s golf team finished in fourth place at the Cullan Brown Collegiate. Kentucky had a final score of 855 (+3). Jacob Lang and Cameron Phillips tied for 18th place with score of 213, even to par. Gavin Clutts competed as an individual and tied for 12th.
