🔼 New Cat. The football welcomes Lorenzo Cowan to the 2025 roster. Cowan is a 6’3” defensive end. He played his true freshman season at USC. He did not see game action as a Trojan. Cowan was ranked the No. 57 edge rusher nationally by On3 coming out of high school.

Ring the Bell. Freshman shortstop Tyler Bell was named to the Southeastern Conference All-Freshman Team. He is the first Wildcat to be named to the team since Sean Hjelle in 2016. Bell reached base safely in 51 of 52 career games, recorded hits in 16 of his last 17 games and is the first freshman since 2005 to have two four-hit games.
