🔼 Ranked Dub. The No. 7 gymnastics team beat No. 11 Auburn 197.05-196.6 on Excite Night. In front of a sold-out 6,051 crowd, the Cats posted their second score greater than 197 on the opening month of the season. The women won four of five event titles and added team event titles on three apparatus.
🔼 Big Win. The No. 12 women’s basketball team beat No. 13 Oklahoma 95-86. Georgia Amoore went all out on the court. She had a career-high 43 points, tying the program record for the most points in a game. This is the seventh time a Cat scored at least 40 points in program history. Clara Strack had the next-highest score with 19 points.

🔼 Winning Weekend. The stunt team opened its 2025 season with two wins on Saturday. The Cats beat Trevecca Nazarene 23-2 and UT Martin 24-0. They continued being victorious on Sunday when they beat Mercyhurst 23-0 and Northern Kentucky 23-0.
🔼 Stat Check. The No. 3 rifle team faced No. 2 Alaska and fell 4740-4757. Junior Braden Peiser tied an NCAA record with a perfect air rifle score of 600-59x.
🔼 Swept. The men’s tennis team shutout Louisville 4-0 yesterday. The men won two doubles matches and three singles matches. This was the program’s first road win of the season.

The women’s tennis team had a doubleheader against Eastern Kentucky, where they beat EKU #-# in each match.

On Track. The track & field team competed at the Razorback Invite this past weekend. On day one, the Cats set several personal and season bests. Kate Powers scored a top-collegiate finish and second-place finish overall with a 21.86m throw in the weight throw. On day two, freshmen Janet Jepkemboi and Collins Kiprop Kipngok etched their names in the program record book.
