🔼 Catching Rays. Ray Davis has been named to yet another award, SEC Co-Offensive Players of the Week, and Jeremy Flax was named SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week. I’m sure you’ve read all about Davis from his multiple awards this week, including Reese’s Senior Bowl Offensive Player of the Week, so let’s take a look at Flax. Flax, graded at 87 percent with five knockdown blocks, did not allow a sack or quarterback pressure and had no penalties. The men have helped the No. 20 ranked team to a 5-0 undefeated season and look to add another W against Georgia.

🔼 Front and Center. After playing just one season at Kentucky, Ryan Waldschmidt caught the attention of the MLB as a top 100 prospect for the 2024 Draft. The athlete had 58 hits, scored 38 runs, stole 17 bases, had 12 multi-hit games, and was named NCAA Lexington All-Regional Team. This summer, Waldschmidt played in the Cape Cod League, but his summer ended early due to an injury. We hope to see him back on the field and healthy this spring.

🤔 BIG BLUE TRIVIA

One after Another. Ray Davis has been a running back superstar this season. He scored at least one touchdown in each game so far this season. He’s the first Wildcat to touchdown in the first five games since Artose Pinner.

Today’s question— what year did Artose Pinner score a touchdown in the first five games?

🔵 ONE BIG THING

Rhode to Records. We all knew it was a possibility, and Jordyn Rhodes made it a reality. The fifth-year broke the school record for career goals after scoring two goals in the team's 2-1 win against No. 9 Alabama. Rhodes broke the previous record of 44 goals set by Kim Labelle from 1994-1997. The best part? She got to do it at home in front of 2,041 fans, and the team is still undefeated.
