🔼 Shutout! The football team beat Southern Miss 31-0 in its season opener. Brock Vandagriff passed for three touchdowns and threw a total of 169 yards. Barion Brown, Demie Sumo-Karngbaye and Jordan Dingle scored for the Cats.

🔼 Opening Dubs. The volleyball team beat Northern Kentucky 3-0 in its season opener. The Cats then went on to beat Western Kentucky 3-1. Brooklyn DeLeye set a new career high of 26 kills. The women ended the weekend with a 3-0 win over Morehead State.

🔼 Two to Win. The women’s soccer team beat Illinois 2-1, making them 5-0 on the year so far. This is the first time the team has gone 5-0 since 2012. Makala Woods and Grace Hoytink scored for the Cats.
