Good morning. Name more loyal fanbase than Big Blue Nation. Didn’t think you could. Men’s soccer loves our city and fans so much that they compared it to Drake’s fans in Toronto, but Lexington is way better.
What else are we mixing into today’s Brew?
🏌️ History made in round one
⚽️ Tryouts coming up
🔵 And much, much more!
📈 STOCK UP
🔼 History Made. The women’s golf team started its season out with a bang. In the first round of the season, the Wildcats hit 270 (-14), which marks the second-best 18-hole round in program history. Not to mention, three athletes— Laney Frye, María Villanueva Aperribay, and Jensen Castle— are sitting in the top 10 on the individual leaderboard.
🔼 Best of the Best. Think you’ve got skill like the women’s soccer players do? Then your time to shine is now. The team’s having an open tryout on Sept. 26 at 3 p.m. at Nutter Soccer Field. Any full-time, academically eligible UK students are welcome to try out. If you are interested, email Coach Jelena Sever at [email protected].
