🔼 So Ready. The volleyball team just got some honors before a big match against Arkansas this afternoon. Brooklyn DeLeye was named American Volleyball Coaches Association Region Freshman of the Year, along with Emma Grome, Reagan Rutherford, Eleanor Beavin, and Azhani Tealer on the Southeast All-Region list. DeLeye is the fourth Kentucky player to win the AVCA Freshman of the Year award. 

With all of this great news, the team is even more hyped for its match against Arkansas. Rutherford and Tealer showed their excitement in an interview with BBN Tonight. Make sure to tune into ESPNU to watch the Wildcats!

🔼 Standout Time. Kentucky men’s soccer goalie Casper Mols has been invited to the 2023 adidas MLS College Showcase. There are a total of 44 student-athletes who received an invitation to the four-day event happening Dec. 6-9 in Phoenix, Arizona.

Double the Honors. Kentucky football athletes have been named to even more honors. Deone Walker was named to the 2023 College Football Network All-Americans, and Eli Cox to the Coaches All-SEC. Barion Brown, Ray Davis and Maxwell Hairston were selected for both of the honors. Brown was also named to the CBS Sports All-America Team.
