🔼 Welcome! The University of Kentucky announced that J Batt has been named Chief Executive Officer of Champions Blue LLC and UK Athletics Director. Batt was previously at Michigan State where he served as Vice President and Director of Athletics. He secured a more than $400 million commitment which is the largest single gift in college athletics. Batt also established Spartan Ventures, a nonprofit similar in focus to our Champions Blue LLC, to create new revenue streams and partnerships.

🔼 Coming in Hot. Women’s basketball incoming freshman Maddyn Greenway was named the 2025-26 MaxPreps Female National Athlete of the Year. Greenway is a 13-time state champion, owns the state scoring mark in both basketball and soccer, broke the state marks in the 300m hurdles and as the anchor leg of the 4×400m relay team. For basketball, her state scoring mark is 5,621 points. That is also the third all-time national scoring mark in the MaxPreps National Record Book. She also holds the state assist mark with 1,186 and the point guard ended her six-year career with more than 1,100 rebounds. She won gold while representing the United States and was a McDonald’s All American.
