🔼 O-Kerr. Say hello to men’s basketball’s newest addition, Kerr Kriisa. Kriisa is a 6’3” guard from Tartu, Estonia. He played at Arizona and West Virginia before heading over to Kentucky. He will have one season of eligibility remaining. Kriisa averaged 11 points, 4.7 assists and 2.5 rebounds across the 23 games he played for the Mountaineers this past season. In his career, he has played in 99 games and started in 93 of them.
🔼 Yearly Honors. The Southeastern Conference came out with its end-of-season honors, and two Cats were awarded. Laney Frye earned All-Southeastern Conference First Team. Marissa Wenzler was named to the SEC Community Service Team. This is the first time Frye was named to the award. She had an average stroke of 70.7 in nine tournaments and 26 rounds. Wenzler completed nearly 50 hours of community service while holding a 4.0 GPA in her master’s program.
🔼 Last SEC Series. The softball team began its last Southeastern Conference Series of the season with an 8-3 loss against No. 3 Tennessee. The game was tied at 3-3 until the Lady Vols took off in the fifth inning to win the game.

🔵 ONE BIG THING
Regional Ready. The NCAA selected Alex Goff to compete as an individual in the NCAA LSU Regional on May 13-15. The event consists of 54 holes of stroke play. Goff has a 70.21 scoring average this year, which is the best in a single season at UK since at least 1993-94. He posted nine top-15 finishes in 10 starts.
