🔼 Welcome! The football team announced Erynn Love as the new Director of Recruiting. She will work closely with the director of player personnel Jerrett McElwain and be responsible for all aspects of football recruiting. Love brings a strong background in recruiting operations, event coordination and prospect engagement to the Bluegrass.
🔼 5 Big Ones. The track and field team competed at the Texas Relays on Tuesday. The women competed in the 100m hurdles, high jump, shot put and 200m. Junior Julia Gunnell and sophomore Dahlia Beasley combined for five personal best marks on the day, as well as the first win of the week for the Wildcats, placing atop the leaderboard in the 200m to close out day one in Austin.

Winner! Incoming women’s basketball freshman Emily McDonald won the Sprite JamFest Girls and Overall 3-Point Shootout at the McDonald’s All-American Game at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona. She won the Girls’ contest with a 23, then went head-to-head with Jason Crowe Jr., the winner of the Boys’ contest, and won by three with an 18. She also competed in the McDonald’s All-American Game.
