🔼 Award! The men’s basketball team was named a recipient of the NABC Team Academic Excellence Award. Seven players were selected to the NABC Honors Court. The team honor recognizes programs that had a 3.0 GPA or higher in 2024-25. The player honors include junior, senior and graduates who finished the 2024-25 year with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.

Scholars. The women’s golf team had the 12th-best team GPA in Division I at 3.902. The Cats were named one of the 25 Women’s Golf Coaches Association All-Scholar Teams. The Cats had a record year in the classroom, not only leading all 23 teams in the athletic department in the fall (3.92 GPA) and the spring (3.879 GPA) but also setting a new department record with its 3.902.
