He is the first defensive back to be chosen in the opening round of the NFL Draft in school history and the 19th player picked in the first round. Hammond Honored

Women’s tennis player Zoe Hammond was named to the All-Southeastern Conference Second Team. Hammond led the Wildcats from the first singles position. She holds a 16-10 overall record.

🔼 Day 2. The men’s golf team wrapped up day two at the SEC Championships. Gavin Clutts turned in the best score of his college career. He shot 69 (-1) to lead the Wildcats tied for 36th individually. Overall, the team is in 16th with a score of 576 (+16).

🔼 Conference Honors. The men’s tennis team had two players earn 2025 All-SEC honors. Antoine Ghibaudo was named to the First Team All-SEC and the SEC All-Freshman Team. Jack Loutit earned Second Team All-SEC.

🔼 Split Start. The stunt team began the 2025 Division I National Championships with a 15-0 win over UT Martin. The team fell to California Baptist 14-4.
