🔼 Downed the Longhorns. The men’s basketball team beat Texas 85-80 on Wednesday at home. This marks Kentucky’s fourth-straight win and 10th home victory this season. The Wildcats are 13-6 overall and 4-2 in SEC play. Denzel Aberdeen led the team with 19 points. Collin Chandler and Otega Oweh followed with 18 points each. The men shot 43.1% from the field.

Weekly Honors. The swim and dive team had two athletes earn Southeastern Conference honors. Avery Giese was named the Co-Diver of the Week. She won two events last week to help the Cats score. Falemana Tuufui was named the Co-Freshman of the Week. He broke his own 50 free program record three times.
