📈 STOCK UP 

🔼 Cruised Past. The men’s basketball team beat South Carolina 80-57. Otega Oweh extended his streak of double-digit scoring to 23 games by scoring 17 points. Brandon Garrison scored a season-high 15 points.

🔼 Strong Start. The softball team began its season at the NFCA Lead-Off Classic. Kentucky beat Pittsburgh 7-0, Notre Dame 12-4, Morgan State 12-0 and Southern Miss 13-3. The Cats fell to Duke 6-3. Alexia Lacatena threw a complete game shutout. Emory Donaldson went 5-for-6 at the plate. Julie Kelley earned a complete game shutout in her first career appearance with the Cats.

🔼 10 Great Things. The track & field team competed at the Fairgrounds Invite this past weekend and won three events and had seven personal records. Alexis Glasco won the 60m hurdles, Alaji Bradley won the 400m and Cha’iel Johnson won the 800m.

🔼 Sweep. The women’s tennis team beat Kansas State 4-0. The Cats won two doubles matches and three singles matches.

🔼 Doubleheader Dub. The stunt team won its doubleheader on Sunday. The Cats beat Central Michigan 24-0 and Alma 17-15.

Rule the Pool. The swim and dive team had three event wins at the Louisville Invitational First Chance Meet. Jack Haywood won the 200 free, Paige Housman won the 400 IM and Avery Giese was first in the 3m dive.
