Jasmine Camacho-Quinn was inducted into the Kentucky Hall of Fame in fall 2024. A two-time Olympic medalist in the 100-meter hurdles (gold in Tokyo, bronze in Paris), she became the first Puerto Rican athlete to win multiple Olympic medals. At Kentucky, she was a three-time NCAA Champion, six-time SEC Champion, 12-time All-American, and still holds the UK freshman record in the 100 hurdles. She also ran the second-fastest 100H time in NCAA history (12.40).

🔼 Academic Honor. The College Sports Communicators named women’s tennis player Zoe Hammond to the Academic All-American Third Team. Hammond graduated with her undergraduate degree in economics in May. She is the lone student-athlete on the list with a 4.0 GPA.

Camp Time. The men’s basketball program will host a pair of satellite camps this summer in both Laurel and Russell Counties. The Laurel County camp is June 20, and the Russell County camp is June 21. Boys and girls ages 7-17 are able to come, and it is free! Register for the camps here!
