🔼 First Dub. The men’s basketball team won its first exhibition game of the 2025-26 season against top-ranked Purdue. No. 9 Kentucky won 78-65. Freshman Jasper Johnson led the team with 15 points. Otega Oweh and Trent Noah added 10 apiece. The Wildcats had a 49.2 field goal percentage compared to Purdue’s 38.6%.

🔼 UPSET! The No. 25 men’s soccer team upset No. 10 West Virginia 1-0. Alex Ruiz scored the lone goal of the game. The Wildcats had seven shots, and two were on goal. Goalkeeper Sebastian Conlon had four saves.
🔼 Shutout! The women’s soccer team shut out Texas A&M 3-0 on Sunday. This was the team’s last regular-season match and first win over the Aggies. The Wildcats secured a top-five finish in the Southeastern Conference for the first time since 2014. The women tied for fifth place in the conference with five wins and 18 points. Thalia Morisi, Katherine Truitt and Sydni Fink scored against the Aggies.
🔼 Last Swings. The women’s golf team wrapped up the fall schedule at The Landfall Tradition. Kentucky finished in ninth place with a score of 879 (+15). C.A. Carter and Karlie Campbell led the Cats. They each shot a 218 (+2) and tied for 18th place individually.
🔼 The Stats. The football team fell to No. 17 Tennessee 56-34. Redshirt freshman Cutter Boley had a huge game. Boley hit on 26 of 35 through the air for a career-high 330 yards and a career-high five touchdowns. The five touchdowns set a Kentucky freshman record for touchdown passes in a game.

Big Performance. The No. 3 volleyball team beat Mississippi State 3-1 on Friday night. Brooklyn DeLeye recorded a double-double with 21 kills and 10 digs. Middle blocker Kennedy Washington had a season-best performance with nine kills. The Cats didn’t allow Mississippi State to get to 20 points in any of the sets Kentucky won. The Cats swept Alabama on Sunday 3-0. Kassie O’Brien tallied a freshman three-set match school record 50 assists. DeLeye led the team with 16 kills.
