🔼 Strack is a Cat. The women’s basketball team adds another newcomer to the program. Clara Strack is a 6’5” center who transferred from Virginia Tech. The Buffalo, N.Y. native will be a sophomore. She averaged 9.4 points per game and 6.8 rebounds per game in her final five games as a freshman at Virginia Tech in 2023-24.

🔼 Stats Champ. The NCAA FBS Football named Barion Brown Statistical Champion. He had a 36.0 kickoff return average in the 2023-24 season. See more of Brown’s stats here.

The men's outdoor track and field team has a new ranking by the USTFCCCA. What is their ranking?

🔵 ONE BIG THING

Record Holders. The track and field team has two athletes who’ve put on a memorable performance throughout their years at Kentucky. Graduate sprinter Kennedy Lightner and senior pole vaulter Keaton Daniel both have their names in the record books.

Lightner holds the indoor 300m record at 32.45 and has the second-fastest 200m time in school history. Daniel holds the school record in indoor and outdoor pole vaulting, clearing a personal best height of 19 feet.
