Good morning. If Waka Flocka said ā€œitā€™s a partyā€ then you know itā€™s true. Kroger field is about to erupt for yet another season, and if you arenā€™t spending your Saturdays with 61,000 Kentucky fans, screaming your heads off, and hearing ā€œKentucky wins!ā€ thenā€¦ what are you doing?

Community ties: The baseball team had a beary big donation to the Kentucky Childrenā€™s Hospital. Over 500 teddy bears were given to kids. Also catch Devin Burkes very first, and very interesting, interview.

What all are we tossing into todayā€™s Brew?

šŸ“ˆ STOCK UP

šŸ”¼  Letā€™s Get It Started In Here. Mark Stoops is calmā€¦ heā€™s coolā€¦ and heā€™s definitely collected talking about the start of the season. Weā€™re 30 days out from kickoff and heā€™s excited about this teamā€™s potential this year.

The icing on the cake? New uniforms! The new threads are dropping soon, and if you missed the teaser weā€™ve got you right hereā€¦

šŸ”¼ Rank ā€˜Em. Itā€™s no surprise that the menā€™s soccer team is ranked No. 3 in all of Division I soccerā€”after going undefeated in conference play and winning the Sun Belt Conference Tournament, the team advanced to the NCAA Tournament for a pair of postseason matchups.

Be ready for another sweeping season with 11 returning players.

šŸ¤” BIG BLUE TRIVIA

Three Up, Three Down. Kentucky menā€™s soccer sure does love the number three. Not only is that their national ranking, but itā€™s also the number of teams the squad defeated to win the Sun Belt Conference Tournament.

Our question todayā€”which three teams did the menā€™s soccer team defeat in the 2022 Sun Belt Conference Tournament?

šŸ”µ ONE BIG THING

Keep On Watchinā€™. Here we are two days in a row with football players announced on watch lists. Today itā€™s all about kicker Alex Raynor on the Lou Groza Award watch list.

Only 30 college placekickers are picked for this award and Alex Raynor just so happens to meet the mark because the transfer is bringing a hefty box score to Lexingtonā€”36 games played, 245 points, 45-for-59 on field goals, and 110-for-113 on point after kicks.

The winner will be announced in December at an awards banquet in Florida.
