🔼 Selected. Football player Willie Rodriguez was named to the 2026 Allstate Wuerffel Trophy Watch List. The award recognizes FBS players who exemplify community service, academic excellence and athletic achievement. Rodriguez has played in 24 career games, has 28 career receptions for 310 yards and one score. He has volunteered at Golisano Children’s Hospital, Scott High School, Easterseals of the Bluegrass and more.
🔼 Shutout! The women’s soccer team opened the 2026 season with a 6-0 shutout over Detroit Mercy. Nadia Ramadan led the way with two goals. Kyla Dawn, Juliette Rayo, Alexis Tylenda and Dani Chaump each scored a goal as well. The defense held the Titans to only three shots and one shot on goal. The Wildcats had a total of 31 shots, with seven being on goal.

🔼 Watch Him! Men’s soccer player Agustin Lopez was named to the 2026 United Soccer Coaches Missouri Athletic Club Hermann Trophy Watchlist. The award honors the highest individual honor in collegiate soccer and is presented annually to the top male and female players at the Division I level. Lopez appeared in 14 matches last season, made 11 starts, scored four goals, had two assists and 10 points.
