📈 STOCK UP 

🔼 Senior Dub. The men’s basketball team beat LSU 95-64. Otega Oweh had 24 points, making nine of 11 shots from the floor. Ansley Amoore scored a season-high 15 points. The men are now 20-10 overall and have their final game of the regular season on Saturday at Missouri.

🔼 Anotha’ One. The baseball team had a huge win over Eastern Kentucky. The Cats won 16-0. Shaun Montoya hit a grand slam, and both Tyler Bell and Cole Hage hit solo shots. This is the team’s ninth consecutive win this season.

🔼 Round 2. The women’s golf team played round two of the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate. Anastasia Hekkonen recorded the best round of the lineup thus far with a 72 (+1). She leads the Cats, currently tying for 37th individually.

🤔 BIG BLUE TRIVIA

Conference Honors. The women’s basketball team earned many conference honors. Georgia Amoore was named to the All-SEC First Team. Clara Strack earned All-SEC Second Team and the SEC All-Defensive Team honors.

Amoore was also named the SEC ___ of the Year, and Strack was named the SEC ___ Player of the Year.

🔵 ONE BIG THING

Top 5. Women’s basketball player Georgia Amoore was named a Nancy Lieberman Point Guard of the Year Top Five Finalist. The award recognizes the top point guard in NCAA DI women’s college basketball. Candidates must exhibit the floor leadership, playmaking and ball-handling skills of Class of 1996 Hall of Famer Nancy Lieberman.
