🔼 Huge Honors. Football head coach Mark Stoops earned two honors for his win over No. 6/5 Ole Miss. He was named the Bear Bryant Awards Fan Favorite Coach of the Week and The Dodd Trophy Coach of the Week. Kentucky’s win marked the program’s highest-ranked road win at an SEC campus stadium in school history and the highest Associated Press-ranked win in the Stoops era. The team has won three of its past four “true” road games.

🔼 Takes 5. The volleyball team defeated Oklahoma in five sets. The Cats Won the first, fourth and fifth sets. Brooklyn DeLeye led the match with 25 kills and Molly Tuozzo led with 20 digs, a career-high. DeLeye tallied her fifth double-double with 10 digs on top of her 25 kills. The women are now 8-6 overall this season.

First Honor. The Southeastern Conference named Collins Kiprop Kipngok Men’s Freshman of the Week. This is the first time in his career he has earned a weekly honor. He finished 15th in the 8k at the Gans Creek Classic with a time of 23:33.0.
