The track and field team had athletes advance in three event on day one of the NCAA Championships.

📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Day 1. Kentucky had multiple athletes compete in the NCAA Championships. On day one, there were three final qualifiers in the three prelim events. The men’s 4×100m relay team finished seventh to advance to the national final. Collins Kiprop Kipngok finished third in the men’s 3000m steeplechase to advance to the final round. Carlie Makarawu finished seventh in the men’s 200m to compete in Friday’s final.

🤔 BIG BLUE TRIVIA

Regional Honor. The women’s tennis team had an athlete earn the 2025 Ohio Valley Region’s Most Improved Player by the ITA. She led the Cats from the first singles position in every match.

🔵 ONE BIG THING

Anotha’ One. The men’s basketball team added a third satellite camp this summer. The camp will be in Wilder, Kentucky, at the Town & Country Sport Complex on June 28. Boys and girls ages 7-17 are welcome to sign up. Each child costs $75. Register here.
