🔼 Victory! The No. 3 volleyball team won its SEC opener against Vanderbilt on Wednesday. The Cats handed Vanderbilt its first loss, winning 3-1. This marks Kentucky’s 27th-straight SEC match victory. Morgan Gaerte and Brooklyn DeLeye each had 21 kills. Lizzie Carr led the team with seven blocks.

Tonight’s Match. The women’s soccer team is facing No. 17/21 South Carolina tonight. With a win, the Cats would even the all-time series.

🔼 Double Threat. The volleyball team had two players earn Southeastern Conference weekly honors. Molly Tuozzo was named the Player of the Week. She had her fifth-career 20-plus dig match against No. 3 Louisville. Brooklyn DeLeye earned Offensive Player of the Week. She tallied a season-high 22 kills and had 11 digs against the Cards. This marked her third double-double of the season.
