🔼 Day 1. The track and field team competed in day one of the Raleigh Relays. Ed Bird broke his Kentucky school record time with a fifth place finish in the 5000m. Collins Kiprop Kipngok took first in the men’s 3000m steeplechase.

🔼 Day 2. The men’s swim and dive team had some program records broken on day two of the NCAA Championships!
🔼 Showdown. The stunt team beat Davenport 31-22 on Thursday in the first game of the 2026 Coast to Coast Showdown. The Cats now have a 13 game win streak. The team will face Central Arkansas and UT Martin inside Historic Memorial Coliseum tomorrow.
Huge Night. Former Kentucky men’s basketball player Jamal Murray is on the Denver Nuggets. The Nuggets beat the Mavericks 142-135 on Wednesday.

🔵 ONE BIG THING
Lucky 7. The gymnastics team had seven athletes earn 2026 All-Southeastern Conference Team honors. Chesney Bennett, Creslyn Brose, Anna Flynn Cashion, Ryan Noonan, Cecily Rizo, Delaynee Rodriguez, and Gabby Van Frayen were named to their first All-SEC team in their careers. The All-SEC Team is comprised of the student-athletes with the top four scores (including ties) on each event and in the All-Around competition in the first session and the second session of the SEC Championships.
