🔼 High Performance. Gymnast Delaynee Rodriguez was named to the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators Academic All-America Women’s At-Large Team. The Las Vegas native earned a spot on the Second Team with a 4.0 GPA in Integrated Strategic Communications and a top ten ranking in the all-around during the 2026 season. To be nominated, gymnasts must hold a 3.50 GPA and rank in the top 75 on any event in the Road to Nationals Standings or individually qualify to the NCAA National Championships.

🔼 New Cat. The softball team signed Addyson Frye to the 2027 roster. Frye is a two-way player who spent last season at Providence. She appeared in 29 games for the Friars in 2026, starting in 13 of them with six wins in the circle. Frye struck out 59 batters on the season for Providence in her freshman season and did not commit an error.

Our Standing. The National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics released the annual Directors’ Cup standings.

Kentucky finished ## out of 365 NCAA Division I schools for 2025-26.

🔼 Game Time. Former Kentucky women’s basketball player Rhyne Howard has been selected as a reserve for the AT&T WNBA All-Star Game. This is her fourth All-Star selection in five seasons in the WNBA. Howard ranks first on the Dream and 10th in the league with 18.9 points per game this season. She also leads the league with 2.5 steals per game and second with 3.4 three-point shots made per game. The 2026 AT&T WNBA All-Star Game will be played in Chicago at United Center on Saturday, July 25, and broadcast on ABC at 8:30pm ET.
