🔼 Tight Game. The No. 18 men’s basketball team faced No. 16 North Carolina at home on Tuesday night. Otega Oweh led the team with 16 points. The men shot 43.4% from the field but struggled behind the arc. The Wildcats connected on only 1-of-13 three-pointers. After being tied 31-31 at halftime, Kentucky fell 67-64.

New Coach. The football team announced Will Stein will be the new head coach. Stein is a native Kentuckian who competed in the then-Commonwealth Stadium as a collegiate quarterback and assistant coach. He recently was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the University of Oregon for three seasons.
